Detailed Itinerary.

Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe International Airport

Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you’ll be met by your private guide and transferred in a luxury vehicle to your boutique hotel. Depending on your arrival time, enjoy optional excursions like a boat cruise on Lake Victoria, a guided stroll through the Entebbe Botanical Gardens, or a sunset cocktail at your lodge. Settle in with a welcome dinner showcasing locally inspired gourmet cuisine and prepare for the adventure ahead.

Day 2: Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park

After breakfast, embark on a scenic flight or chauffeured luxury transfer to Kibale Forest National Park, often called the “Primate Capital of the World.” Arriving in the charming town of Fort Portal, you’ll drive through tea plantations and lush highlands to your luxury lodge. Day 3: Chimpanzee Tracking in Kibale Forest

Day 4: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Day 5: Game Viewing & Kazinga Channel Boat Cruise

Begin your day with a sunrise game drive through the savannah plains, spotting leopard, hyena, and large herds of antelope. Return to the lodge for breakfast and relaxation before heading out in the afternoon for a luxury boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, famed for its dense population of hippos, crocodiles, and waterbirds. The proximity to wildlife on the banks is ideal for photography and close encounters. As the sun sets over the water, enjoy a scenic cruise back followed by a sumptuous dinner.

Day 6: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park

En route, pass through the Ishasha Sector, famous for its tree-climbing lions. Enjoy a picnic lunch and game viewing before continuing into the forested mountains of Bwindi. Arrive at your luxury lodge perched on the edge of the forest, and spend the evening relaxing in preparation for your gorilla adventure.

Day 7: Gorilla Trekking Experience

After an early breakfast, report to the park headquarters for a briefing before embarking on your mountain gorilla trek. Accompanied by expert trackers and rangers, hike through thick foliage, steep hills, and bamboo-covered slopes in search of a habituated gorilla family. Once located, spend a breathtaking hour observing these gentle giants an emotional and awe-inspiring wildlife encounter.

After the trek, return to your lodge for a well-deserved rest, spa treatment, or storytelling session with a local guide or Batwa community elder.

Day 8: Fly Back to Entebbe – Departure

Depending on your international flight time, you may be treated to a day room and farewell lunch at one of Entebbe’s lakeside hotels or do some last-minute shopping at a local crafts market. You will be transferred to Entebbe International Airport in time for your departure flight, ending your luxurious Ugandan adventure.
